But hey destiny could bring these two lawyers and former members of Congress together ... the first woman president of the US, the first Mindanaoan president of the Philippines. Hillary can then give tips to Rody on how best to pursue Federalism! And Rody giving his two-cent's worth on how Hilary should fight crime in America!
